The best ways to reach us
Like most of you, we get hit with spam calls, robocalls, and "your car's extended warranty is about to expire" messages every day. So, we handle first contact a little differently: instead of publishing a phone number, we ask that initial questions come through the contact form below -- or through our chat widget if you catch us live on the site.
Both go straight to Brandy. Both are checked regularly. Neither gets buried under 40 spam calls.
Once you've booked an assessment, you'll get a direct line and/or access to Coach Catalyst for anything you need going forward. That way the parents and athletes who are actually working with us get real access, and Brandy gets to spend her days with athletes instead of dodging telemarketers.

Package appointments are scheduled with Brandy directly after purchase -- based on your athlete's season, school and family schedule, and training goals.

Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Last scheduled appointment: 5:00 PM (wrapping by 6:00 PM)
